Saturday

Warm sunshine for southern Spain and Portugal, highs 22C in Andalucia and the Algarve. Partly cloudy in northern Spain, also central-southern France and the Alps as a weak front extends across these areas. Sunshine and pleasant temperatures for much of the Mediterranean, highs 13 to 16C. A cool northerly breeze for Greece and the Greek Islands. Northern Europe is largely cloudy, but it stays mainly dry across Belgium, the Netherlands and northern Germany. Generally mild across Scandinavia, highs 10C in southern Sweden. Prolonged rainfall affects western Norway, also Denmark, southern Sweden and Finland. Snow over the mountains.

Sunday
Staying dry, sunny and warm for the south-west of Spain and Portugal. Risk of a few showers around the Balerics and southern coast of France, and also around Sicily. However, most of southern and central Europe will stay dry with high pressure dominant. Overcast skies in northern Europe, and it remains very windy. Rain and drizzle for northern France, also the Low Countries. Brighter skies for southern Germany, the Alpine region and south-eastern Europe. Breezy and dry in Poland and the Czech Republic. Gales affect Denmark, southern Sweden and the Baltic. Prolonged rain continues across south-western Scandinavia, although it stays mild. Northern Norway will be cool and showery.
