Fine across the Mediterranean

Today
Sunny and hot across Portugal, and Spain, and very warm across much of the Mediterranean and Europe. Lots of fine, summery, sunny weather is expected from Iberia eastward across France, Germany into Poland, Belarus and The Ukraine. A warm, sunny day as well across England after morning cloud. Outbreaks of rain are likely across Norway and Denmark. Frequent, heavy, thundery showers to come across Finland, Russia and the Baltic States. Lots of fine weather today for Sweden. Southern parts of Italy will see some heavy showers with a risk of thunder with the north fine and dry. Most of the Adriatic Region and the Balkans will be sunny and very warm except for isolated late showers. Sunny and hot across Turkey Strong north to north west winds are expected in the Aegean Sea and through the central Mediterranean. Strong easterly winds in the Straits of Gibraltar. Fine, settled conditions are forecast across the Mediterranean.

It continues very warm, dry and sunny across Spain and Portugal and also into France. Scattered, heavy showers develop across The Low Countries and Germany and Switzerland. Heavy rain is expected across Norway and Sweden. Fine, sunny and hot across Poland, Belarus, The Ukraine, western Russia and across much of the Balkans. A few late heavy showers may develop across Greece, southern Italy and Slovenia. Plenty of sunshine to come the Adriatic Region into Turkey and northern Italy. Gale force easterly winds will affect the Straits of Gibraltar and quite windy across the Aegean. A windy day as well across Scandinavia.
