High pressure dominates the weather over western Europe bringing settled, dry and fine weather to the region. An area of low pressure over the Aegean Sea on Wednesday will bring stormy conditions to parts of Greece and Turkey.

Tuesday
Dry, bright and warm for Portugal, Spain, the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia on Tuesday. Dry and bright for much of Italy too with just a small chance of a light shower in the south. Heavy showers across Greece will ease to the southeast through the afternoon while heavy rain will affect western Turkey through the day.
Bright and dry for France and the Low Countries though cloud could build in from the northwest through the day. Mostly dry and bright too for Germany with wintry showers in the south easing through the morning. Wintry showers for Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Dry but rather overcast for Denmark on Tuesday while a band of snow will move to the east across the Balkans through the morning leaving a dry and bright afternoon. A mixture of sunny spells and cloudy skies for much of Finland and Sweden but staying mostly dry. Western and southern parts of Norway will see further snow.

Wednesday
Across the western Mediterranean it will be a mostly dry, bright and warm day with Portugal, Spain, the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia and Italy all seeing some good amounts of sunshine. In the eastern Mediterranean, an area of low pressure over the southern Aegean Sea will bring strong winds, heavy downpours and some thunder to Greece and western Turkey.
Another dry and bright day for western Europe with much of France, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and Austria seeing good spells of sunshine though some cloud may build from North Sea coasts. A few wintry showers for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
An overcast but dry day for Denmark while the Baltic States will have a dry and bright morning before a band of rain and snow moves in from the Baltic Sea and spreads eastward. A band of snow will move eastward across Scandinavia bringing snow first to the west coast of Norway through the morning, moving across northern Sweden through the early afternoon and into southwestern Finland by the late afternoon. Elsewhere it should be mostly dry, if a bit overcast.
