Warm south and east
Showers and rain in northern parts of Spain on Saturday. Fair in central and southern areas with plenty of sunshine. It will be remaining dry across most of the Mediterranean with sunny spells. Thunderstorms for mainland Greece whilst the Greek islands and Turkey will be dry with sunshine.
Rain or showers in central parts of France, but dry with sunshine to the north. Showers and wind in Belgium and Germany as well as through central parts of Poland. Sunny spells and thundery afternoon showers for the Alps and scattered showers too into Hungary and Romania.
Low pressure in charge across southern Scandinavia brings heavy rain to Denmark and southern parts of Sweden, also pivoting into eastern Norway. Scattered showers in northern Sweden. Northern Norway will be dry with sunny spells. Wind and rain also moves into southern Finland, whilst the Baltic states brighten up after early rain.
Generally low pressure across Europe brings unsettled conditions with areas of rain and thunderstorms widespread - these most extensive from northern Spain to southern parts of the Alps, northern Italy, across to central eastern countries and Poland. Areas of thundery rain too for Bulgaria and southern Romania. Meanwhile, areas toward the far south of Europe will be dry and warm including southern Spain and Portugal, Greece and southern Italy.
Cool and showery for northern France and the Low Countries, whilst central France and Germany sees a window of drier weather. Low pressure continues to affect Scandinavia with areas of rain or showers. Chilly across the north of Norway. Warmer in Finland and southern Sweden with some periods of dry and sunny weather.
