Low pressure brings unsettled, wet conditions to northern & western Europe
Rain and showers in Portugal and northern and western parts of Spain. Drier and brighter in the east and south with good spells of sunshine. More sunshine in the Balearics. Remaining dry with plenty of sunshine to come in Italy and Greece - isolated showers affect northern Italy and western Greece. Showers affecting western parts of Turkey.
An unsettled day in France with rain and showers, these heavy and thundery at times, especially in the far west and far east. Breezy in the Low Countries and northern Germany with a few showers. Drier in southern Germany and Poland as well as through Austria and Hungary, although showers affect Switzerland.
Wind and rain in Denmark and southern Sweden. Wet in southern Sweden. Fair and mild in the Baltic States and Finland. Mostly fair in central and northern Sweden. Norway will have cloud and rain in the west and south.
Heavy outbreaks of rain for Portugal and northwestern Spain. Dry and bright for southeastern Spain and the Balearic Islands. Isolated, sometimes heavy, showers continue for northern Italy, eastern Greece and coastal regions of Turkey. Elsewhere, its dry, mostly bright and warm.
Continuing unsettled across France, the Low Countries and northern and western parts of Germany on Saturday with outbreaks of rain and heavy showers at times. Heavy showers affecting Switzerland too. Drier but cloudy for Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic. Dry and brighter for Slovakia and Hungary.
Another wet and breezy day for Denmark with rain edging into southern parts of Norway and Sweden later. Isolated showers for the Baltic States while a band of heavy rain edges through southern and central Finland. Dry and bright for northern parts of Finland, Sweden and Norway while central parts of Sweden and Norway see outbreaks of heavy rain and snow.
