Hot Mediterranean, some torrential thunderstorms in central Europe

Wednesday
Heavy thunderstorms in eastern Spain. Fair in central and northern Spain with good spells of sunshine. More sunshine to come across Portugal and staying fair here. Scattered showers in the Balearics. Fine with lots of sunshine for Corsica and Sardinia. More sunshine in Italy, only an isolated shower in the east. Greece and Turkey should be dry with sunny spells.
More sunshine to come across France and staying dry too. Some cloud and rain affecting the Low Countries and northern Germany. Poland should be fair, especially in the west, although some showery rain in the east. Hungary will have some showers in the east, although the west should be dry and fair. Austria will be fair with sunny spells. Showers affecting Switzerland, but some sunny spells in the afternoon.
Denmark will be unsettled with rain. The Baltic will have scattered showers and sunny spells. Further showers in Finland. Fair for much of Sweden with a scattering of showers in central areas. Norway will be cooler and more mixed with showers.

Thursday
The warm weather continues across Spain and Portugal today, lots of sunshine here and apart from an isolated shower in the eas it should be dry. Italy will have some thunderstorms in more central and southern areas, but the north should stay dry and sunny. Greece and Turkey are ging to be remaining dry and very warm with more sunshine throughout the day.
France will have a warm and sunny day, best of the sunshine in the north and west. A few showers forming in the far east around the Alps. The Low Countries will have broken cloud and a few showers and will be breezy. Feeing cool in northern Germany with some showers here, windy too. Thunderstorms in central Poland but fine and warm in the east cooler in the west. Heavy thunderstorms merging to longer spells of rain across Hungary, Austria and Switzerland.
Denmark will be breezy and rather cool with sunny spells. Some showers in the western parts of the Baltic States. Finland will be cloudy with a few showery bursts of rain. Some showers in the far east of Sweden, otherwise dry with sunny spells, Showers in northern and western Norway but fine to the south.
