Outbreaks of heavy rain still affecting the Mediterranean

Thursday
More heavy showers affecting the northern coasts of Spain on Thursday. Some showers in western parts of Portugal too. Southern and eastern areas should be drier and brighter. Showers for the Balearics as well as much of Corsica and Sardinia. Heavy rain in central and southern areas of Italy. Greece will have heavy rain in the west whilst eastern areas should be drier. Turkey will be fine, although some showers in the far west.
Heavy and thundery showers affecting the west of France, drier and brighter in the east. There will be some outbreaks of rain in the Netherlands as well as northern Germany, but most of the south of Germany should be dry. Breezy for Poland with rain in the east. fair in the west. Hungary should be dry with some sunshine, fair too in Austria and Switzerland.
Rain and cloud in Denmark, this reaching southern Norway and the south of Sweden. A cold day for Finland but dry. Breezy for the Baltic States and staying dry and cold here. Fair and cold through central and northern Norway.

Friday
Showers easing across northern Spain and Portugal. Drier further south. A few scattered showers for the Balearic Islands but mostly dry here. Rain, heavy at times, continues to affect much of Italy, more so the west, as well as Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily. Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain for Greece into western parts of Turkey.
Rain easing off across France though eastern areas still being affected through the day. Outbreaks of rain still across the Low Countries and into southern Germany while the north remains dry. Rain clearing from Poland and it should be a less cool day here. Scattered showers for the Balkans but plenty of dry weather too. Rain, sleet and snow for Switzerland but drier across Austria.
Largely dry though cold for Norway. Showery rain affecting Sweden still. Winds though mainly dry across Finland. Outbreaks of rain and strengthened winds across the Baltics. Mainly dry for Denmark but eastern regions could see some showery rain at times.
