Warmest across S Spain

Today
Fine and dry with sunny spells across Spain and Portugal with temperatures in the 30s in the south. An area of rain and heavy showers will lie across eastern France and this moves into Benelux in the afternoon. A cell of high pressure near the Baltic will give much of eastern and central Europe a settled day. It will be dry with sunny spells from Germany, Holland into Poland, The Baltic States into Russia. Scattered showers are forecast across the Ukraine and Romania. Lost of fine, dry weather to come across the Adriatic Region, the Balkans, Greece, Turkey and Italy. A warm day to come across Italy and Greece. A cluster of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected from Sicily southward. Some light rain to affect Finland but cool, sunny and dry across Sweden and Norway. A strong easterly wind will prevail through the Straits of Gibraltar.

Monday
Today the warmest weather will be across southern Iberia and areas eastward through Italy. A few showers to come across eastern Spain but essentially dry across Iberia today. Rain spread in across England with a few showers around Belgium, Holland and Denmark. Rain and showers are forecast across Germany and Switzerland. Sunny and dry across Italy, The Adriatic Region and most of the Balkans A few showers develop across Greece. Sunny and dry across Turkey, Romania, The Czech Republic and Austria. Rain will affect Russia and eastern parts of The Ukraine. A fine, chilly day to come across the Baltic States, Belarus and Poland. An area of rain runs in across Norway with Sweden and Finland fair and dry. Another windy day through the Straits of Gibraltar.
