Cloud, rain and strong winds in central areas, but lots of warm sunshine to the south and north

Friday
A fair day through Spain and Portugal with some good spells of sunshine, and feeling very warm too. It should be fair across the Balearics and towards Italy. More sunshine to come through Greece and Turkey as well as Bulgaria and Romania.
Breezy with heavy showers across northern France but the rest of the country should be dry with some sunshine. More heavy showers blowing through the Low Countries. fair in Germany, but some cloud and rain to the east. Expect further cloud and rain in Switzerland and Austria as well as Hungary.
Cloud and rain is likely to be drifting into Denmark, but most of Sweden, Norway and Finland will be dry with lots of sunshine.

Saturday
A warm day through Spain and Portugal with plenty of sunshine here too. More sunshine to come across the Balearic Islands. Italy has a fine day with more sunshine here, and should be dry too. Fine for Greece and much of Turkey, although there will be some thunderstorms forming in central Turkey later. Lots of sunshine and warm conditions for Bulgaria and Romania.
Plenty of sunshine through France and mainly dry apart from an odd shower in the far north. Sunny and dry too in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Broken cloud with sunshine in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland, although an odd shower here.
Breezy with some showers in Denmark, but cloud and rain for southern Norway and southern Sweden. The cloud and rain extends into the Baltic States.Fine over Finland and the northern half of Norway and Sweden too.
