Warm and summery across the Mediterranean

Today
Hot across mainland Europe today. From Spain across France into Germany and Poland it looks sunny and dry with little in the way of cloud. Showers will affect western parts of Britain but hot here as well. Sunny across Belgium, Holland and Denmark. Northern parts of Norway and Sweden will see showers while the south looks fine and dry. Thundery showers are expected across Finland, the Baltic States and western parts of Russia. Hot and sunny conditions will prevail from the Ukraine into Romania Hungry, the Czech Republic into the former Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey. Hot and sunny too across Italy.



Monday
The hot spell of summery weather will continue today across much of Europe. Plenty of warm sunshine to come from France into Germany and acrossPoland and Belarus while heavy showers and thunderstorms affect the Baltic States and Russia. A few heavy showers may also develop across Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark and southern Sweden with rain in the north and across Norway. A fine, sunny day in store for all of Finland. Very hot again across Portugal and Spain through across the Balearics into Italy, Greece and Turkey. Hot and dry weather is forecast across Bulgaria, Romania, the former Yugoslavia, Hungry, the Czech Republic and the Ukraine. Those strong winds will continued across the Aegean Sea.
